These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Auralis mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What the App is — and is not

The App provides cosmetic, informational, and entertainment content: facial measurements computed on your device, appearance-related scores, self-care routines, lessons, and habit tracking.

• The App is not a medical device and provides no medical advice. Scores, measurements, classifications, and routines are not a diagnosis, treatment, or health assessment of any kind. Consult a qualified professional (for example, a physician or dermatologist) before making health decisions, and before starting any exercise, skincare product (such as retinoids or minoxidil), or dietary change suggested by the App's educational content.
• Results are not guaranteed. Projected scores, target dates, and improvement estimates are illustrative motivational aids, not predictions or promises. Individual outcomes vary and may not occur.
• Measurements are approximations derived from camera imagery and standard population assumptions; values marked "estimated" or "~" are indicative only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and purchases must be made in accordance with your App Store account settings and family arrangements.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Certain features require a paid subscription ("Pro"), offered as an auto-renewing weekly or yearly plan. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. If a free trial is offered, the subscription price is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
• Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

4. Your content and conduct

Scan photos and results are created and stored on your device; you are responsible for what you choose to share (for example, FaceCard images or challenge links). You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer it, scan another person without their consent, or use the App in violation of applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, text, lessons, graphics, and software, is owned by Auralis or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's usage rules.

6. Wellbeing

The App deals with appearance, which can be a sensitive topic. It is intended as a constructive self-care tool. If using the App causes you distress, or if you experience symptoms of body-image related conditions (such as body dysmorphic disorder), please stop using the App and consider speaking with a qualified mental-health professional.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of measurements, or uninterrupted availability. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auralis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the App. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and Auralis, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Where these Terms are silent, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

10. Changes and termination

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time; Section 3 explains how to cancel a subscription.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.
